Unity Temple Concert Series

The Unity Temple Concert Series presents an eclectic array of sounds October 2011 through April 2012 inside an awe-inspiring space—Frank Lloyd Wright’s Unity Temple in Oak Park, IL. Proceeds from the concert series support the Unity Temple Restoration Foundation.
Prairie School Design Workshop
July 16-20, 2012
Students entering 7th through 12th grade will explore the influence of geometry on Wright’s architecture, learn to use drafting tools and interpret architectural plans, create their own design for a "client," and experience a tour of the Frank Lloyd Wright Home and Studio.
Youth Architecture Workshop Level I
June 18-21, June 25-28, July 23-26, 2012
Youth Architecture Workshops give students entering 7th through 12th grade an opportunity to practice design, drawing, and model-building in the inspiring drafting room of Frank Lloyd Wright's Oak Park studio.
Youth Architecture Workshop Level II
July 30 - August 3, 2012 daily
In Level II, students learn advanced architectural terms, principles and techniques. They plan and design a professional workspace, learn to execute plans and elevations, and tour two prominent architectural firms.

Architecture Fantasy Camp
September 30 - October 3, 2012
6:30-9:00 pm
Work with a professional architect to practice basic drafting techniques and create a floor plan in the historic drafting room of Wright’s Oak Park Studio.
